So I'm trying to grade papers before 4, so that I don't have to worry about getting them to Dr. Martin on Thursday before my midterm. I'm actually on a roll, and this is the fastest I've ever graded. I was worried because the first few were really bad, so it was taking awhile to get through.
It started pouring a bit ago, and now the rain has stopped. It was raining the hardest I've seen it here yet though. They say that is typical fall here.
I'm not on a baking spree...but I do have to make an apple pie for Friday night now. I got suckered into it because I bragged about my baking skills. I have a recipe I've always wanted to try, so now is my chance. I'm looking forward to friday dinner.
Studying for theory is not going as well. Maybe I just have to wait until I'm under the gun to feel like I'm absorbing anything. That or I feel like it's too hard to tell what I should be studying or concentrating on, so if I know it, I do, if I don't...oh well.
They don't necessarily pile on the homework for the weekend, it's just when I usually get around to it, plus it's crunch time with midterms, so everything is due around the same time. After next Wednesday, things will relax a bit.
Is it sad that I'm looking forward to having couscous for dinner? Oh the highlights of my life...

Sounds like a study problem, maybe procrastination. Who are you cooking this to be great apple pie for? Couscous ugh.
It is 1:30 in the morning and to be sleep no more it seems. We got our lab work done, took half a day including breakfast as we both had to fast for the tests.Later,Peepaw cut bushes away from the house to paint the eaves,I did paperwork and we watched the Republican presidental debate. What a mess we have for contending candidates in both parties. Woe is us.

Wondering how your week went? Good I hope. Busy around here. Peepaw helped Todd get a sound system in the fellowship room at the church yesterday.I got some results from my medical tests. Sarah, pro time was 1.9, having to make adjustments.Sugar is way up, no wonder I have been feeling bad. Probably can fix but have to make an appt to go in. Trying anyway.
Won't be long until we get to see you two and the new baby. It is raining here, slow since some time during the night.I got up early, bones are hurting but working on deep cleaning front bath, washing out drawers, rearranging, scrubbing walls and ceiling etc. Shouldnt take me as long as it does, got new towels and such to fix it up a bit. Hard to climb on ladder or get down on the flour. Wasn't that hard last year haha. Teasing, last half century is more like it. Love you all. Meemaw
