today I'm making spaghetti and I'm making a huge mess in the kitchen. I hate cooking on electric! Plus my pot isn't as big as what I'm used to, so I've made it too thick. So it between stirring I'm watching Psycho and as soon as it's over then I'm going to start cleaning the house, top to bottom and work on my car some.
Yesterday I went to Bedford with Kathy's sister Loretta and her dog Thumper, to go to the Old Bedford Villiage and see a bunch of covered bridges. I had a great time. The drive out there was beautiful! The fall colors are unreal. We don't have as much here in Indiana, just a few trees here and there. And it was nice to get out of Indiana, nice to drive my car over 30 miles an hour and nice to talk to someone who isn't in Indiana, PA.
I just got an email from Jenni, who is organizing a trip to Pittsburgh next Saturday. That'll be fun. I did enjoy last time.
You know I really can't complain about my life these days. Seems like everyone I know has gone through a break up...from your 2 year long relationships breaking up over things that aren't so drastic, to break ups right before the wedding, and worst, to losing a lover to death. Makes me thankful to be single this year since it doesn't look like the best year for relationships.
Psycho is almost over which is just about perfect timing because I need to get started on cleaning. Oh and I'm going to work on compiling a care package for Twylla, so I have to spend some time in my office at the desktop.

Hi Jules. Your mom said you may be switching to coming home for Thanksgiving, when you can stay longer. You might want to watch the Southwest flights from Pittsburgh to Phoenix, because I see lots of deal come up (since I'm always flying out of Phoenix), and it might save you some money if you flew into there and they came and got you, at least one way. Also, you can frequently find flights from Phoenix to Ontario for $49-$54. So, if you planned it right, might be able to put something together that way. Just a thought...again, I'm always checking Phoenix, so I thought I'd mention it. Can't believe this is happening to poor Twylla, but, in the long run...she is truly blessed to avoid the ugly marriage and nasty divorce she (and his children) would have been in for. She's young, with her whole life ahead of her, and she will be soooo much better off not going through with this. I'm not one for violence, but I couldn't be happier that Ryan gave him a piece of his, and all of ours, minds. Truly his lose...he missed out on being part of a great family. And, Twylla's gain, once she recovers from this nightmare he has put her through. Love, Suzy
Hi again. I think your dad just brought in the new computer while I was on the phone with your mom (but I had to get off so Mikey could use the phone...that business stuff, you know, always interfering with my personal life). Anyway, I was telling her that I saw a flight from Pittsburgh to Phoenix on Thanksgiving day, non-stop, leaving there around 2pm and arriving around 5pm, ONE WAY for $129 (including taxes). Long walk home, of course, but you could be there in time for dinner. I haven't loaded the DING onto my laptop down here, yet. But, if you ever want me to watch for specials for you, let me know the dates and I'll let you or your mom know if I see anything interesting. I know with school and working you probably miss some of the deals. Anyway, hope you'll be able to get back here for some fun. Love, Suzy
